CIAWIL’s journey grew from its founder’s international experience in Germany, a country he has been connected to since 2012 and where he developed part of his professional career.
CIAWIL was founded in Germany with the aim of bringing companies and business opportunities together, particularly through projects connecting organizations from Brazil, Portugal and Spain with the German market.
Building on this experience, the company also began developing business connections in Brazil and Latin America, while maintaining a focus on long-term professional relationships.

Meet the founder
Willian Ferreira
Founder of CIAWIL
With a degree in Business Administration, Willian Ferreira developed part of his professional career in Germany, where he worked in purchasing management at a German company.
This experience, combined with his familiarity with the European business environment and the Brazilian market, shaped his approach to business and international commercial relationships.
Building on this background, he founded CIAWIL to bring companies together, connect markets and develop business opportunities.
He currently leads the commercial representation of German manufacturer Wibit Sports in Brazil and Latin America.
